Family-Based Approach
A board certified lifestyle medicine professional will work with you and your family to establish short and long-term goals as well as a plan to achieve those goals, together as a family.
Individual sessions, workshops, and group classes provide on-going support and inspiration as families make a commitment to lifelong learning.
One-on-One Lifestyle Education & Coaching
Lifestyle medicine professionals partner with clients to provide evidence-based lifestyle education and coaching around their chosen area(s) of focus such as:
Full-Plate Living Group Program
Designed to help individuals fill their plate for health and weight loss by eating more whole, unprocessed fiber rich foods. Participants will learn 10 tools designed to accomplish long-term weight loss success. They receive a workbook style packet and have the opportunity to taste test fresh fiber packed recipes during class. Classes meet one time per week for 50 minutes each time in-person.
